Instead of certification programs, Breakthrough Employment will now host quarterly job fairs where hundreds of motivated job seekers can meet face to face with employers.

This new model allows us to meet the growing demand; while offering partners a streamlined way to engage with job seekers who are ready to work.
EQUIP JOB SEEKERS
Prior to each fair, we will also host a three week training to ensure participants arrive prepared, confident, and equipped with practical skills for success in both the hiring process and the workplace.
Registration Options for Future Events
While this first event is complimentary, future fairs will include registration options. Every registration fee will be reinvested to equip job seekers with practical essentials such as interview clothing, haircuts, and other resources to help them succeed.
Standard Employer Table – $100
- One (1) 6-foot table and two chairs
- Opportunity to meet and interview qualified job seekers

Preferred Employer – $250
- All Standard Employer benefits, plus:
- Prime table placement in a high-traffic area
