Breakthrough Employment Career Fair on Thursday, January 29th from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at CBC -South. This is more than a hiring event; it is a chance to bring hope, dignity, and opportunity to men and women who were formerly incarcerated and are ready to step back into the workforce.

Breakthrough Employment is Champion Plaza’s job readiness initiative housed at Community Bible Church’s Southside campus. It serves neighbors with criminal justice involvement at any stage and equips participants with the skills, confidence, and support needed to pursue meaningful employment.
Through focused training sessions, résumé development, interview preparation, and direct access to employers at our job fair, Breakthrough Employment equips participants with the tools and confidence they need to take their next step forward.
Jesus met people right where they were, offering hope and a fresh start. In that same spirit, Breakthrough Employment comes alongside justice-involved individuals and their families—helping them rebuild, thrive, and create lasting change in our community.
